Important Dates & Information
- Autumn Break (2026. October 26 – November 1): Minimum 3-night stay required.
- Peak Dates in 2025: April 3-6, May 1-3, May 22-25, October 23-25, December 24-29.
- During the Easter, Pentecost, and Christmas periods, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
- New Year’s Eve (December 30-31, 2026): Only the entire house is available, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. A special price quote will be provided.

Breakfast on the Terrace
Enjoy a relaxing morning on our panoramic terrace with a freshly prepared breakfast basket delivered directly to your accommodation.
Price: €15 per person /breakfast
The breakfast basket includes fresh pastries, artisan bread, cheeses, cold cuts, seasonal fruits, vegetables, yogurt, and beverages. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated upon prior request, including gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian options.
Please let us know your request when booking or prior to arrival.
Booking Information:
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required, unless otherwise stated.
Air conditioning is not included in the price!
Air conditioning fee per apartment: 4 EUR / night.
Discounts for Children:
Children under 3 years (0-2.99 years) can stay for FREE in a shared room with parents, in a crib or travel bed.
Pets:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets of any size.
Events & Gatherings:
We do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties, loud music events, or similar gatherings.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Tourist Tax:
Our prices do not include the tourist tax (IFA), which is 600 HUF / guest / night for those over 18 years old. Children under 18 are exempt from the tourist tax.
The tax is to be paid in cash on-site.
Payment Terms:
A 30% deposit is required within 48 hours of making the booking.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer and Revolut.
Bank transfer details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
The remaining balance should be paid in cash, via bank transfer and Revolut on arrival.
If the deposit is not received within 48 hours after booking, the reservation will be canceled.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations within 14 days will result in a 100% charge of the deposit as a penalty.
If the booking is canceled during the free cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded or may be used for a future stay within 12 months, subject to availability.
Payment Methods:
You can settle the payment for your stay on-site via cash, bank transfer and Revolut, upon receiving the invoice.
